Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days before shipment.

• United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–15 business days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photographs of any damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Studio Maris cannot guarantee replacement or refund for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
